FRITZ HAUSER POINT LINE AREA TIME For 20 Percussionists A once in a lifetime chance to experience percussive innovator Fritz Hauser. Fritz will present his work POINT LINE AREA TIME (PLAT). PLAT is an evolution, a confluence of two previously premiered works - POINT LINE AREA (Ruhrtriennale 2021) and TIMESTRETCH (2023 Switzerland and Brazil) especially created for his Australian performances. This 60min work for 20 percussionists is a rare chance to experience Fritz in full flight. A master of large works, a masterful soloist and a deep creative thinker. PLAT is conceptual, its evolving, engaging and a masterful work not to be missed.
