If you were affected by this outage, your tickets for this date remain valid for any date of your choosing during the run of Lightscape. You do not need to exchange your existing tickets. What happens if it's raining? Lightscape will go ahead in the event of rain or wind, so check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. If the weather presents a hazard and a risk to safety, the decision to cancel the event will be made at 2.00pm on the day of the event. You will be notified via SMS and email of any cancellation and the re-booking process. Please check the Lightscape Melbourne social media pages for updates.
SESSION TIMES: First & last session times vary over the course of the season. Last entry will be 10 minutes after the last session start time for that day. Please ensure you check the session times for the day you wish to attend.
General Admission tickets permit entry to a selected time-slot on a chosen date. Early Access tickets are available for the first session each day, providing a more intimate experience on trail.
Anytime Pass tickets permit entry at any time (between first and last entry) on a chosen date and can be purchased here.
Off-peak tickets are available Tuesday – Thursday and standard price tickets are available Friday – Sunday.
Tickets for this event are timed in 15-minute increments from 5.00pm onwards each night during Lightscape 2024,We recommend 90 minutes to enjoy your event.
